When you train with anything I would think that you would like to use equipment with a good approximation of how it is used in competition. Almost all the balls I have seen from replica, skills, training, club & match balls have a pressure guidelines printed next to the valve. This guide will allow for you to have a ball that is consistent as it had been intended. I suggest you follow them.
