requirements

before you apply for the contest, you must fulfill all requirements:

1. you're a freestyler that already has a clip published in our user-submitted section. if you're not, you must send one in and wait until it's published, before applying for the effc

2. you are submitting a video especially made for the effc competitioion. your clip must show the effc II logo

3. you are the real owner of the clip you're sending in and agree to provide accurate information when further questioned
