Slalom run This is a simple, warm-up drill where Ronaldo slaloms across a line of cones and plays the ball back to a server. |

Zigzag drill Here, Ronaldo is shuffling his feet quickly as he zigzags across a row of cones. To keep the drill more soccer-specific he is served a pass after he reaches each end. |

Lateral movement drill In this drill, Ronaldo shuffles laterally from cone to cone and side-volleys the ball back to the server. Notice how he keeps composure and plays through his mistakes. |

Combined agility drill This drill combines lateral and vertical movement along with touch and positional awareness. When executing it, Ronaldo is not only moving his body quickly, but he's also thinking about where he is located and where he should go next. On top of this, he also has to stay loose and return the ball with a clean, soft touch. |
