it seems like your a beginner but u seem to execute ur tricks with no dificulty and it looks smooth . keep at it .. good video

I had to recompress the video because the one he sent in was 30 MB. It is in MPEG4 format. Install this if it doesn't play on your pc.

this should be in the moves and tricks section but this is waht they stand for....
mitchy around the world (also known as reverse touznai around the world)
some ppl describe it differently but to me...
its the same as touzani around the world (TATW) but instead of starting wiht an outside atw...u start with an inside atw....
lemmens around the world- this is going round the ball 2wice before making contact again...(720 degrees)
alternate touzani around the world
similiar to touzani around the world but u start the move with a htw not an atw.....then the same motion of tatw is done
go look in the forums and ull find these moves and how to do them easily...
